Reading notes

· Excluded: tencent (100% free-endpoint traffic; paid tier died the week the free model launched) and xiaomi (paid but ~$0.19/M, weekend ratio 0.90 — batch workloads). Together they were 33.6% of raw platform tokens on 2026-07-16 (10% avg over full history).
· Qwen = Alibaba 千问 models. nvidia & poolside remain in-market though their volume is also free-tier ($0 revenue) — flag for possible exclusion.
· Δ vs yr ago: 30-day avg share minus July-2025 avg share; green = gaining, red = losing (±0.3pp deadband).
